A 13” flat wooden spurtle made from locally sourced hardwoods from North Carolina and available in Cherry, Hard Maple, or Black Walnut. Inspired by the traditional Scottish spurtle, this utensil features a long, comfortable handle and a broad 1.75" wide working end designed for stirring, scraping, folding, and serving everything from soups and stews to breads, grains, and one-pan meals. Its flat profile offers excellent control while remaining gentle on cookware and is designed primarily for stirring and scraping rather than flipping.

– Care Instructions –
To clean, gently hand wash using light soap and water — never place in the dishwasher.
Regular maintenance with food-safe oil will help prevent cracking and preserve the finish for years to come.
