Carolina Grain Co.’s products are handmade from locally sourced wood, making each item unique in grain, color, and slight variations in size. Photos displayed on the website are representative, but the actual product you receive may differ slightly. This is not applicable to one-of-a-kind items. This information will be included in the product description.
Wooden items require specific care to ensure their longevity especially if used. Please follow the care instructions provided with each product or can be viewed here at the Care Instructions page.

Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment. Accepted payment methods are most major credit/debit cards & Paypal.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete. Please review your order details carefully, as I am not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.

As of now, purchasing is limited to the United States. I do not accept international orders at this time.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 days of purchase. Orders placed on the weekend will typically ship out that following Tuesday. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method, and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Once your order has shipped, I am not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact me & the carrier.

Due to the handmade nature of wooden products, returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me within a week of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging. I will evaluate and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
Please note that returns and exchanges are not available for items used or altered by the customer.

Carolina Grain Co.’s utensils and bowls require regular maintenance, including hand washing and occasional oiling, to retain their natural beauty and durability. I am not responsible for damage caused by improper care, including dishwasher use or prolonged exposure to water. Care instructions can be found here.

Carolina Grain Co. values your privacy. Any personal information provided will only be used for processing and fulfilling your order. I do not share your information with third parties, except as necessary to process your order.

Carolina Grain Co. is not liable for any misuse or unintended use of your purchased product. Liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
I am not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from improper use of my wooden utensils and bowls.
