Here at the Carolina Grain Co. Shop, it is my goal to provide wonderful folks like you with beautiful handcrafted and one of a kind pieces for their home and kitchen that will serve them for years to come! The wood I use has been specifically picked to offer the highest quality item that can be used for an array of uses throughout your home. All woods are native to North Carolina and have been sustainably harvested to ensure a second and long life for the tree.
All of my pieces are also finished with natural and food safe finishes that include a mixture of tung oil, walnut oil and bees wax.

- About This Utensil Set -
A four-piece set that includes a 12” and 15” cooking spoon and both a 12” round-end style and flat-end style spatula. Made from locally sourced black walnut wood from North Carolina. This handcrafted utensil set is perfect for everyday cooking to serving at the table. The spoon bowl is 3” diameter and is around ½” deep – these measurements can vary slightly due to the nature of being made by hand.
This utensil set is made-to order; You will receive the utensil set featured or one of the same design. Please keep in mind that the color and grain of the wood will vary.
- Finish & Safety -
Each utensil is finished with a food safe blend of walnut oil and beeswax, giving it a soft, natural sheen that enhances the wood’s color and grain (those with nut allergies should avoid contact with walnut oil).
- Care Instructions -
To clean, gently hand wash using light soap and water — never place in the dishwasher or sit in water. Regular maintenance with food safe oil will help prevent drying and preserve the finish.

About This Serving Board
One of the items that started Carolina Grain Co. – The handled serving board. This board is made from cherry that was locally sourced here in North Carolina. This board is 17.75” long (6” handle/11.75” surface area), 10” wide - made up of 3 glued pieces and 1” thick. The main use of this board is intended as a serving / charcuterie board however it can also be used a light-use cutting board. Knife marks are inevitable if used as a cutting board. A “CG” emblem is wood-burned on the bottom corner of each board.
This board is made-to order; You will receive the board featured or one of the same design, similar in grain and color.

Each board is finished with a food safe blend of walnut oil and beeswax, giving it a soft, natural sheen that enhances the wood’s color and grain (those with nut allergies should avoid contact with walnut oil).
Cracks and knots may be present in the wood. They are a natural part of the material and have been carefully sealed and stabilized for everyday use.
Care Instructions
To clean, gently hand wash using light soap and water — never place in the dishwasher.
Regular maintenance with food safe oil will help prevent cracking and preserve the finish for years to come.

A 7” coffee scoop made from locally sourced hardwoods from North Carolina and available in Cherry, Hard Maple, or Black Walnut. This scoop is designed for measuring whole bean or ground coffee as part of your daily brewing routine, while also working well for tea, sugar, spices, or other dry goods.
The scoop bowl measures approximately 2.5” in diameter and about ½” deep, holding roughly 2 tablespoons of coffee depending on grind size. Measurements may vary slightly due to the nature of being made by hand.
